Central Market Economic Strategy

The Central Market Economic Strategy is an economic development strategy to stabilize and revitalize Central Market (Market Street between 5th and 11th Streets) and the adjacent neighborhoods. The document, the result of a 10-month public process that began in January 2011, identifies the programs and policies that can revitalize the Central Market district while supporting the neighborhood’s current residents and communities. The strategy will help to guide economic development investments and efforts by the City as well as its nonprofit- and private-sector partners.
